In the past years, i have worked up my body, everyday doing the right exercises that i should be doing. Lately though, it seems that I don't have as much stamina; i cant perform the exercises as well as i use to be able to. It actually seems as though my muscle mass has gone down and i can't lift as much as i was able to. there are some days where i feel better and can go normally, but those days are few and far apart. Does anyone know why this is happening? Am i working too hard or do you think i could be doing something wrong?

well if you are working out everyday that is very harmful to your muscles. you should lift every other day and work different muscle groups each time you work out.
