hi wondering if you can help me im a week late for my period which is very uncommon im very regular.I have done a pregnacy test which was negative but im still having simptoms.I ALSO HAVE A OVERACTIVE THYRIOD and been on medication for that been on it since my second child. could any of thease reasons be the couse for my late period please help

I have Graves' Disease, which is a form of Hyperthyroidism (overactive Thyroid). I wasn't supposed to be able to get pregnant very easily with it, but I'm 7w 4d. Your thyroid operates so many aspects of your bodily functions that yes, you will miss periods with it. I went 16 months without a period last year/this year.
