when do you know kidney stone have to be removed. I am in pain right now but i want them to pass so i am waiting. what should i do?

Have you had a ct? If not, you need one right away. If you have then you can wait and let it pass. Some stones are too big to break up and pass on their own and if they do, it cam cause obstruction and you don't want that. I would definately get to a doctor to get checked out.
