It is a classic sign of Celiac Disease. You want a doctor who is knowledgeable about it. If the doc wants to run a blood test only, then find a different doc or discuss with the doc that the blood test is not an accurate indicator. The only way of really knowing is to have the scope and examine the villi for damage. Look up Celiac symptoms and know about it before even going to the doctor. I'll bet you have other of the symptoms and didn't know to put it together. Do not let a doctor just tell you "irritable bowel disease" without a scope and villi examination first. Celiac is when your body does not absorb the nutrients from your food properly and if not treated, you can get very sick, even develop a cancer called Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma or in worst case, die of malnutrition. Celiac can be not so bad if treated. You simply have to eat gluten free, sometimes a very strict gluten free diet. The gluten you have to avoid is wheat, rye and barley. Sometimes it is found in something as simple as yogurt. You have to learn what to look for. Celiac is not a new disease, but many doctors are only just now learning about it. It affects more people than asthma does. It is just commonly misdiagnosed. Do not overlook this and ignore the crapheads who are trying to insinuate it is homosexuality in the replies. I'm pooing out mucas and blood and poo and I've got bad stomoch pain and pain in my left side and left leg I've been worried for months now any help out there. I even throw up if I don't go for a poo every day mornings or early afternoon

well i had this same problem about a year. when i poo i have blood but sometimes its lighter, sometimes it not but i sometimes have dark red its gooey, but embarrassing when i stand i have blood drip from my bum, and i can be walking i fart the a wet substance come out i feel like im going t poo my self. and sometimes i a small sharp pain either side of my stomach but i dont know that its related.  i went doctor he said nothing to worry about, he did the test where he looks up my bum and the gave me some annausols and and tablets to stop the runs. does anyone know what i can do to stop it im worried about it. my misses giving birthday in march i want it sorted

the pains in your stomach does it feel like a prick not pain just a pain in the arse
