ok I'm 14, and I weigh the same as my mom which is 189.. I'm really un happy of my weight I'm not big, I'm chunky, I live like 15min to 20min away from my school but I get dropped off at the corner of my house which is like a 2min to 3min walk and I walk almost every 3 days because I'm always busy with my family. but around spring time I play softball.
does anybody have any ideas to help me lose weight?
