I am 13 and i really want to lose weight i keep trying and i just cant.Now i really need help to find ideas i weigh 205.I tried almost everything now it is stress me out i need help please.What can I do I am alway busy and at school i need help.

If you want to lose weight and have no any time then start doing regular exercise. Walk is best and simple exercise and for this purpose you need no any time.
