Make sure your are moving...running...walking...any moving activities will burn calories. ALSO....STOP eating breads, cereals, pasta. Change it up and eat lots of eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts, meats!!! You will melt away "adipose Fat"...look that up...and learn!
