Hello, I am 28 years old female and I have one question. I injured myself in aerobics while stretching. Is this a common thing or not? Will this happen a lot because I don't really want to injure myself again? When I was 23 I broke my leg and I don't want to be inured again. Thanks in advance for every answer you give me.

Well, what can I say? This is not a common thing. Of course it can happen, especially when your concentration isn't on the highest level. If you watch out, chances to injure yourself are minimal. You must keep your focus while working out. I hope that your injury isn't serious. Anyway, that answers your question.
