Yes you can get pregnant. There is always a risk with any sexual contact.
In this case, since he had recently ejaculated, if he had not urinated afterwards there would be SEMEN with sperm in his urethra. Just inserting his penis would squeeze this semen out and into your vagina. It only takes one sperm to get you pregnant.
Always use protection all the time.
