Gee, sorry to hear you have head pain.  Malaria has been known to generate migraine headaches.  Migraines generally require medical attention and some prescription drugs.  You might tray overthe counter pain relievers to see if that helps.  Some labels will tell you that the pain reliever works on migraines.  You might try that first before you see a doctor.  There can be a number of complications with malaria and it can be recurring.  Try to boost your immune system.  There are a number of mushroom supplements that are good for this.  You might try Cordyceps sinensis and Reishi for starters and see if that helps.
