I have been diagnosed with IBS .My friend has suggested that i get it re-checked as ovarian cancer is sometimes mis-diagnosed as IBS. My stomach is swollen all the time . Is this one of the symptons?

I have also been diagnosed with IBS, and a swollen or bloated stomach is perfectly normal. Did your doctor check you out to make sure it wasn't anything more serious?
