13? Seven inches is long for any age, particularly if it is the soft length. There's a bunch of guys checking in as "Guest". If they all have a 7" penis, some have testicles that are lagging behind their penises in development. It's something I wouldn't expect, but at 13, their testicles still have plenty of time to catch up.
