Be skeptical, I used it on some tough moles; IT WORKED. Do the research you say, blood root is the main ingredient; research done. The key to this product is that it works as good as you scrape the mole itself. So scrape your mole thoroughly before you apply dermatend' it will work.

I used dermatend on a fairly large mole twice. The first time it only worked a little, removing only the the middle of the mole. The second time it removed the whole mole but left a deep crater which, although less noticable than the mole, is not what I was hoping for because it won't heal up now.

Hi, not sure if you are still interested in Dermatend but I bought it a few months ago and have been using it and it does actually work, its not a scam. I've just removed one clearly visible one on my face only yesterday and its only left a slight pink mark which should fade over time. I live in New Zealand and bought Dermatend direct from their website. I probably wouldn't buy anywhere else because you then know you are getting the genuine product and it does have an expiry so getting from them direct, you'll get a new one. Also it has a guarantee and when enquiry it was valid for me all the way from New Zealand. But I have no need to return it because it works. I purchased the US$99 pack. Definitely cheaper than surgery or lazer and not painful at all, only a light stinging feeling for about 5 seconds once the ointment has been placed on the mole, and you want this, cause then you know its working. If you are still looking, I would suggest giving this a go, I don't think you'll be sorry.

Hi- I felt the same way. I used it on a mole on my back and my hip. It worked great! However, it is scabbed, red and ugly for about a week and 1/2. Then scab falls off and there is a slight indent. I loved it. After a 3 weeks can't even see where they were. However, they also weren't on my face.

I used dermatend on a skin tag a few days ago and I'm wondering if I scraped too hard or something...my wound is red/pink, inflamed, and painful...even my whole ankle is swollen...this is making me very nervous...anyone else have this experience?

Sorry, but it really works. My brother bought some awhile back, used it on his nose and neck, they are completely gone, skin unharmed. He told me I could use it on one of mine that is located on the bridge of my nose. I went to the doctor and he said that I didn't need it removed (non-cancerous), but I thought it was big and ugly so I tried it. After one week the scab fell off on its own, healed after 2 weeks, now I'm left with nothing. So no, you need to do research because it does work. You think physicians want to lose money to a product that works??? I'm for-real everyone, if you are suspicious about a mole, get it looked at first, then use this product, 100% works. I think for some of you it didn't work because you need to really scratch the surface of the tag or mole before applying it, wait 45 minutes, then wash, and you should wake up with a scab in the morning. Let it heal, do not touch it.

Yes, did it bleed when you scraped it? You really do not need to scrap it that hard, just enough to see that it has gone though a very thin layer of the skin. Do you have sensitive skin, because I do? It should heal, just make sure you don't scrape too hard on the next one.

What about if it's my first day applying the product on my mole and that it already became a scab, what do I have to do until the scab come off? Do I need to apply the product every day until it come off or do I put the healer balm on it until it come off?

It is for real, my husband & I have been using it for more then molls for over 10 years now, this includes skin cancers, but also warts. It is not a pretty process, & can be painful, depending on where you have your mole, but after it has done it's job, the mole, cancer, wart, won't come back, also it costs a lot les then surgery, has on side effects, & if there is a scar, it is barely noticeable.

Yes it works if you follow the directions. None of mine have grown back and I think it's because I scratched the area as they tell you to, very well. I have no scars now after using it 6 months ago on two different areas. I just used it on one I had on my neck. If it grows back defiantly get it checked for being skin cancer. It should not grow back.

It's worked for me too, on tens of moles. It was recalled not for being a cause of, but for being something that could prevent the discovery of skin cancer. Too bad, as it seemed the best alternative for home mole and skintag removal. I've had moles removed professionally too, and I can't think that poses any less of a problem when it comes to discovering skin cancer. I.e. if the FDA were consistent in their logic, mole removal shouldn't be possible at all. Which is ludicrous IMO. Hopefully there will be a topical cream passed by the FDA.
