Hello, I have done some research and I got mixed opinions, so here is the thing. I am a working lady and I do not have much time to prep my meals, and I am trying to loose my belly fat so I have to be in a calorie deficit and eat hgh protein diets. I am eating almost 8 eggs daily (6 egg whites + 2 whole eggs). I am trying to get my protein intake full using eggs as my main source. Also I eat white rice adn chicken 2 times and then I go on with my workout. I also drink 3 liters of water with my meals.  I am just curious if eating these many eggs are harmful in the long run or not?
