i had unpotected sex november 2, 2012 and its now jan 8th of 2013 i had two periods since then one was for 7 days and last one was dec 29 and heavy but only 5 days i took two test in the morning and came back negtive but im still having signs of being pregent is it just me are can i still be pregent

When did you test last?
If you've had two "normal" periods then it would be unlikely that you are pregnant. You can have some bleeding if you are pregnant but it won't appear as a period.
If you haven't had sex in over 2 months, the home tests should be accurate.
