i recently noticed a slight smell, and as my partner and I have been very active lately, I wanted to just kind of flush the area out because I assumed that might be causing it. so while showering last night, I used a douche, but felt a pinch while doing so. I'm not sure if it was because I let go of the bottle too soon and the suction just pinched my inside, or if it actually got one of the strings of my iud. just want to see if it's possible it could detach it before i freak out and make a drs appt haha
