Hi! Few days ago I have been stung by a bee. I didn't have allergic reaction and everything is ok with me. But I was terrified because I realized that I didn't know what to do in that situation. Is it true that bee stings can be treated with b-carbonate soda? Thanks!

A bee sting is always potentially serious. You should remove any stingers remaining in the skin immediately. Also application of ice to the sting site may provide some mild relief. I've never heard that somebody treat bee sting with b-carbonate soda. But if you ever had previously a serious allergic reaction, then you must to seek medical attention.
