Well, I have tried everything, from the diets and pills to rigorous exercises. Although I admit that I was not persistent with the last thing, it does require a lot of strength and I am not good in that. Anyway, since I know that I have to live a healthy life somehow, I would like to know if there is a concept –be fat and fit-?

Honestly, I did not hear of such thing but I guess it might be one of the recent new methods for relieving of extra weight. And I assume that even though you are over weighted, that does not mean that you can have high cholesterol, glucose and fat levels in your blood. You can regulate all of those by eating a healthy food (fruits, vegetables, non fat sweets…). And you can eat this food as much as you want and still be relatively healthy. Although I recommend you to stick with an average diet and mild exercises.
