I have problems with my weight. I have too much fat on my stomach. I want to change that. Some diets I have tried didn't work out well. I want to go to the gym to build up my muscles a little. Tell me can I build muscles but lose fat? Is that smart thing to do?

Well, you can't expect to build muscles and to lose 10-15 kg. Muscles have to be built from something. By exercises they can be made and at the same time you will lose fat. It would be wise to combine gym with some kind of aerobic exercises, because you need them to lose some fat. Then the weight lifting will help you to build up muscles. During the process eat food rich in proteins and low with fats.
