I'm 29 with a 6 yr old child. I had my cycle up until my last trimester with him. No clits, cramps or bothing. Now I am right at 3 mths pregnant didn't have my cycle until the end of January up until now. It is longer than the usual 4 days and I've been cramping really bad and having small to huge clots. Today i was cramping so bad I had to lay in a fetal position all day until I went to the restroom to pee and something about the size of a teacup poodle (The new borns that u could place in the palm of ur hands) came out. The cramping eased but still bleeding and now on the end day 5. Please help. I honestly think it is a miscarriage.

See your doctor or the ER.
You should not be bleeding 3 months along. You should also not be having severe cramps or passing clots.
Your description does sound like a miscarriage.
It is an emergency and the ER is appropriate.
