my grandma had a kinda lump on her breast and it had something like a head, like a pimple. she then applied soft candle rub to it and it poped i think. it is located underneath the breast.

It sounds like a sebaceous cyst and/or MRSA. I would go to your primary care physician and get it checked-out ASAP.
