Today I felt a pain on my breast and I noticed a lump that looked like a pimple , it dosent look like it can pop and it hurts when I touch it , I know it's not ingrown hair & I'm really not sure it's a pimple cause I've had some before and this lump is the same color as my nipple , I'm freaking out does anyone know what it could be ? Please help I'm only 18 and I'm scared...
