Doctor, I received oral sex from a woman I didn't necessarily know. Going into it (being a worrier) I was scared to death of STD's and probably could have self-diagnosed myself before it even happened (I worry a LOT). Regardless, about three days later, I drank one night (which I don't do often) and woke up with painful urination and maybe even itching on scrotum/testicles, and my ejaculate was runny and did not "shoot out". I immediately set up an appointment with a University Health Doctor and did a urine test. This test, of course, came out negative for chlamyida/gonnorhea. I was prescribed antibiotics and that cured most, if not all, my symptoms.
About 10-11 days after... I still notice irritable urination (more-so of a dribble) and my ejaculation has returned, for the most part, back to normal. Also, there is a single (tiny) broken skin on my testicle with a reddish tint to it surrounded by dry skin - this has me all worked up. It looks almost as if it's been torn or scaped off.
A brief history... Before this event, I dated one girl for about 8 months. After receiving oral sex one night I noticed some of these very same symptoms and tested postive for a UTI but not STI. Very strange in a male, which has me worried. QUESTIONS: -What could be the cause of my tiny place of broken skin - Am I susceptible to UTI's from a predisposed condition (possibly bladder issues??) - Does this sound like herpes (the itching, the single piece of broken skin on genitals, but no bumps that I noticed)
