I'm weaning my son, not do much feedings a day. When I empty both breasts sometimes I use ice and cabbage compresses to reduce my supply, and my breasts had been itching a lot. I wonder if this is normal or should I be worry? By the way that drives me crazy!

Itchy breasts are not a normal part of weaning. Maybe you are reacting to the ice compresses you are using. Before using ice compresses you should carefully protect your skin with some cloth, don't apply ice directly to skin surfaces and don't leave compress on more then 30-60 minutes. They should be removed at least 60 minutes before reapplying.
Also, you could change laundry detergent. If all this doesn't bring you a quick resolution to these symptoms call physician.
