RECENTLY I HAD THE FLU BUT I GOT OVER IT, JUST IN THE LAST 2 DAYS I HAVE STARTED FEELING ENERGYLESS, MY EAR IS SORE AS IS MY NECK AND I HAVE A HEADACHE BEHIND MY EYES. MY GLANDS ARE ALL PUFFY AND MY STOMACH SEEMS TO SQUIRM ALOT AFTER I EAT, I'VE ALSO HAD VOMITING ADN DIAREAH AFTER I EAT SOMETHING, BUT THAT STOPED YESTERDAY. I GET DIZY EASILY AND MY BALANCE IS OFF, WHAT CAN I DO TO FEEL BETTER?

This is a normal reaction after the flu, but I think it’s not over yet. Glands usually get swollen if your body is under some infection and it’s trying to get rid of the infection. Your headache can be caused by sinus infection. Have you ever had problems with sinus infection? It is usually manifested with the headache around eyes.
Adding vomiting and diarrhea to the list of symptoms this is not over definitely. You still need to cure yourself. Try to take some antibiotics and also vitamin C. This will help you with the flu, and when the flu is gone I think most of your symptoms will also be gone with it. You might need to wait day or two for the glands to settle down.
