I have the same extremely itchy hands and feet problem. Usually at night and it drives me crazy. I saw my doctor and she is pretty sure it is allergy related. I now have a prescription for a higher dose antihistamine. There are different types of antihistamines so make sure you get one to help with itching. Cold water also offers some relief. It really is quite terrible! !!
