I have a problem that often when I try to exercise or walk quickly, I immediately begin to feel in my legs the sensation of itching. It usually starts in my feet, then quickly moves to my ankles, then my chins and up to my thighs and butt. It is unbearable and often begins to become extremely painful and hurts so bad I could cry.
I can exercise if I do work that is low impact such as step aerobics or elliptical runners. If I have to walk, I often I coat my legs with hydracortizon or benadryl 2 hours prior to when I have to walk and that helps.
This has been a problem all of my life and I have gone to doctors for it. None of them have known what to do about it. I have been able to avoid it by not walking very far, and exercising as mentioned above. However I am now pursuing a career that causes me to need to walk around a lot in big cities and it has become a problem again. I would really appreciate any help if you guys can!
