Idk what's wrong with me. I had a UTI last week but it's basically gone now and a couple days ago my vagina started to get really itchy. I thought it was gone last night because it stopped itchy after I took a salt bath. The itching is back just not as bad and I have a swollen lymph node near my left ear. What could possibly be the cause of all this? It's very uncomfortable and if I can fix it at home I would rather do that than go to the doctor. Thanks
