i am sexually active and I always use condoms.. I've never had unprotected sex before. One thing that has me wondering is how I got white itchy substances on my vagina lips and in vagina, I tried washing it away but it still comes back and I tried wiping it with baby wipes but it makes burn more and itchy.. 

i haven't been tested for STDs yet 

do know guys know what the problem might be?? I'am  really worried
