Hi, im a 15 year old male. I have muscular and hairy legs (normal) but i was wondering if there were any specific exercises aimed at reducing fat. Like boy boobs and a flabby stomach. Please help, im quite ashamed of my body i can never wear just a tee shirt because im afraid.

i am 12 but people think i am 15 16 i only weigh 65 i know that is bad i am supposed to weigh 56 or 54 i am trying nothing is working but i am trying this instead of driving to school i walk it only takes me 5 minutes and instaed of juice i drink water and instead of using the remote i get up an walk to the tv and change the channel i drink wter when i am wanna eat something or drink something and so far i have tried this or 2 days and have lost half a kilo which is ok but its how much u do it that count
