try to stay away from medicines like viagra and such. they dont really help. try to masterbate more it might help. and what does it matter if your circumsized? it doesnt matter you still have your penis use it
The non-medical point of view is that you're masturbating in a way that has trained your penis to want tons of stimulation before orgasm. Take a break from the pattern you've established and see what happens.
