I really need some advice 

 I've been sexually active for over a year know with the same guy. I've had back pain and cramping for around a week now so I took a test a few days ago and it was negative but about 30-45 mins later it turned positive! But today I got Ligh bleeding like spotting I'm still cramping and have back pain any ideas on what's wrong ?
