Hi Stella,

Find a new doctor - NOW!  It's your body, not his.  He can't tell you what to do he can only recommend.

At a fetal age of 2 weeks it is difficult to see much of anything.  The most obvious change is a thickening of the endometrium, lining of the uterus.

At 6 weeks, now, it should be possible to detect a heartbeat and see the developing embryo more clearly.

You need another exam with another doctor before making any decisions including removal of the uterus.  Let someone else verify how severe the prolapse is and your options.

Good luck.
