I'm 18 years old and I just found out that i have type 2 diabetes caused by my other condition called PCOS <-Its a really long word to spell if you google PCOS it'll pop up its an ovarian disease. Well what can i not eat? I'm lactose intollerant, and dieating.
On a daily basis i usually eat;
-breakfast
-3 scrambeled eggs w/strawberries or grapes on the side
-lunch
-usually a turkey meat taco plain or a turkey burger plain with one piece of cheese [im lactose but cheese doesnt bother me...odd]
Dinner
-usually something light with fruit
so as u can see ireally dont eat a lot as it is becaues im really tryin to loose weight and i exercise between an hour and two hours a day. I'm never hungry believe it or not this food fills me up.

I would think the doctor who diagnosed you with type 2 would be advising you about your diet.
We 're not nutritionists or dieticians or doctors.
I think losing weight in general is the biggest thing and of course to do that, staying away from foods that contain a lot of sugar or things that turn into sugar after you eat them such as starches.
