I am 47 years old and for the past couple of years I have been trying to lead a healthy life. I managed to lose some weight and I am even doing exercises as often as possible. I don't like meds and vitamin supplements but I wonder if there is anything else I can use to improve my health more. Are kinoki pads unsuitable for people with low blood pressure?

I have to admit that I am very skeptic when it comes to kinoki pads. I have been using them last year for couple of months and there was some improvement but far from what the advertisement claimed. And it even took me some time before I get used to fall asleep with those things stuck on my feet. I just think you should save your money for something else.
