Pain behind the knee can be your poplitius muscle. After my ACLR (Cadaver graft) I had issues with my popliteus that caused pain in back if knee and under the tibia incision area. This is because the popliteus function is to rotate the tibia inward on the femur in what is called the "screw home mechanism" to lock your knee straight. So, a tight poplitius will tug that tibia inward and also is easily aggravated by compression sleeves or too tight yoga leggings. There are excellent videos in YouTube about all of this and some good ones on how to stretch the poplitius. You can also get your poplitius dry needled by a PT who is certified to do this. This was very helpful for mine. Good Luck.
