There's a large adult thumb size of a lump on my left side and on that lump is a tube that comes from the lower end of my stomach by the blatter that is larger and hard all the way to the lump. Feels like it's going to pop. Now, I noticed on my right side following but in 1/8 of it's size to the one on the Left. The pulse beats to my right testicle but very faint or small only leaving me feel as if it's a dead ringer. My left side that's puts me to my knees over the years as I getting older it feels like I'm getting used to the pain. Now it just hurts all the time like getting kick in and birthing out a baby sperm whale. There's two White pea or pearls in my right and two black on my left. My age has a 21 year old, cumming started to feel less rewarding to the ladies. My 30's it's been a drop or leaving a blow of dust behind. Now 40 I struggle to keep the ones I love to understand that it's not their fault or how they looked. To painful to continue the sex and the relationship.

Hello, guest.
Based on your description, it's essential for you to seek medical attention as soon as possible. The symptoms you're describing – a large lump with a tube-like structure extending from it, pain, changes in testicular sensation, and variations in ejaculation – could be indicative of several medical conditions, some of which may require immediate treatment. Here are a few possibilities, but only a healthcare professional can provide a definitive diagnosis:
-
Varicocele: This is an enlargement of the veins within the scrotum, similar to varicose veins in the legs. It might explain the "tube" feeling and the changes in testicular sensation.
-
Hydrocele or Spermatocele: These are fluid-filled sacs that can cause swelling in the scrotum.
-
Epididymitis or Orchitis: Inflammation of the epididymis or testicle, often painful, and can be caused by infections or other conditions.
-
Hernia: A hernia in the groin area might present as a lump and could explain some of your symptoms.
-
Testicular Cancer: While less common, any significant changes or lumps in the testicular area should be evaluated for this possibility.
-
Other Urological Issues: There could be other issues at play, affecting your urinary or reproductive system.
The changes in ejaculation and sexual function you're experiencing could be related to these physical symptoms, or they might be separate issues that also need evaluation.
Hope your diagnosis is not of a concern, but schedule an appt ASAP.
