Im training for a 10k run thats happening in exactly 4 weeks.
I started training from scratch only 6 wks ago an hav gone from walking/ running 3k to running most of it at once. I havnt really got a training schedule, i do a mixture: running twice a week an sum aerobic classes at the gym
Im planning to run most of the 10k with a little bit of walking. I was hoping for some advice to really give me a push for these last 4 wks
