ive had them all my life. but its getting worse now. i take xanax when i have them. the panic attacks come out of no where sometimes and sometimes i have them if i feel like im going to be sick. i hate it. and its starting to take oveer my life again.

any suggestions?

Hi I suggest stop worrying about it , all does is make it worst and stop thinking about the thing that cause's it.Your meds could be making it worst some of them increase your panics attacks after taking for a certain mount of time.Start doing things such as painting,going out for walks or jogs(I find this works) typing on the PC helps as well, playing on computer games and being around family and friends.I understand about the sick feeling I get it as well, having ginger tea should get rid this.Do breathing exercise's this helps a lot and doing yoga help as well. Remember your panic attacks can't hurt you and theres nothing to fear.Best of luck , i hope that this post helped and remember your not alone.
