I am a male, 26 years old, don't smoke or drink alcohol, with a fairly healthy lifestyle.

I started having these left abdominal cramps a week ago. It occurs about an hour after any meal or if I drink a glass of water. The pain will go away after awhile.

I feel perfectly normal otherwise. I am not constipated and my stool is normal.
