Yes. I have all the same symptoms you have. I am 55 years old and I was diagnosed a couple years ago with panic disorder. I take medication, but choose to take meds PRN. Can you please let me know what methods you try to calm you down better when having an attack?

I have had most of the same symptoms as you have. I tested positive for H Pylori after I had blood work done when I went to the hospital for chest pain, left upper back pain and left arm pain. I had an EKG, chest xrays and blood work done. Everything came back normal except for the h pylori. I am on my second round of antibiotics and pray it takes care of this awful bacteria. When I feel the pain it makes me have anxiety and has caused my blood pressure to elevate. Not too high but enough to make me even more anxious. I pray this diagnose is correct and that the doctor has not missed something. I'm trying to stay positive but It's just a scary feeling. I hope you get to feeling better. I can relate and feel your pain.

I realise this is an old post, but wondered if anyone had found any causes?. I get varying levels of palpitations, left arm pain, nausea, stabbing pains in chest and stomach. Noticed I also get a stabbing pain under my left rib cage when emptying bowels. Been happening for almost two months. I carry aspirin with me constantly as I am convinced the emergency room and doctor are missing something related to u heart. I'm a single minor a 6 years old, so I'm desperate to find out what causes this.

I m too having this painful symptoms for 5 months and I went to gastrologist and done endoscopy and found helicobacter pylori in my stomach and today doctor gave me lots of antibiotics. I doubt I have some heart problem and thought of going to cardiologist for testing if have angina pectoris since these symptoms are very much like angina pectoris ....so you guys too do some on angina pectoris .....I hope this help you ....and I want to be free of sickiness and I hope and wish you all soon recovery and healthy life
