Hi everyone
Im a 20 year old female, im about 5 foot 4, weight 145.
over the last 2 months ive been experiencing less bowel movements. I can go a few days without having any at all, when I usually would go atleast twice everyday before. I drink lots of water, i eat multiple servings of veggies and fibre a day, and I work out 5 days a week for an hour at a half at a time. I feel like Im pretty healthy and shouldnt be having these problems.
I just recently moved from canada to the USA in with my boyfriend about 2 months ago. Im not stressed or eating anything unusual, i keep a very healthy diet and am eating what I would normally eat when I was living in Canada . I always found too that when my boyfriend visited me in canada (he would come from the USA and visit me for about a week every month or so) that i would NEVER EVER pass a movement while he visited until he went back home, So basically ide go a week without passing anything. That always confused me, I dont see a reason why I couldnt if he was here, its just something I have always noticed. Since moving in with him I can go every few days, thats it usually and its not much either that i do pass. Also, since I havent been passing anything as much, im EXTREMLY gassy. It doesnt hurt my stomache or anything, but im passing gas like no tomorrow. Im never in any pain or discomfort at all with any of this, Im just worried its something unhealthy.
what could this be please help!

This could simply be constipation, and it seems there may be an underlying factor thats making it worse. Perhaps something you are eating is making you pass so much gas? Certain vegies can do that.
