Hey im here to argue a few things and how to make this forum more organised for everyone.
1. The Search engine. Its never used to me and thats a crucial reason to all these junk discussions.
2. Topics. Ok you need to go two pages and the most common topics are How to masturbate, tell if your girlfriend is a virgin, questions if im pregnant and how to turn someone on. For some reason the people who post these things think their problem is somehow unique and therfore need an entire new discussion. Look at another persons and see if they have a similar problem. Not all problems are unique.

tell me this again when youve counted all the discussions on new ways to maturbate.

Hi guest,
Thanks for the feedback, we are always up for new improvements.
1. What would you like to change about the search engine? Are you saying that search results aren't relevant enough or something else?
2. Yes, I agree. There are many of "same topics" so to speak, and i couldn't agree more with you on this one; however, users tend to think that their problems are unique although in most cases they aren't. Do you have any suggestions on how we could fix this? Are you saying that all similar topics should be under one major (parent) thread?
I am willing to discuss these things with you or anyone else who has ideas on how to improve SteadyHealth. If your solution can be implemented and if it brings value to others, we will do it.
Meanwhile, if you want to continue discussing SteadyHealth improvements, you could register. That way it'll be a lot more easier for you to keep track of your posts.

You found a search engine?
I've seen a list of topics on the home page but I haven't seen a search engine where I could enter a word or subject to find something or all the posts that may be applicable.
I often want to look up something I saw or maybe replied to. I can always go the list of my posts but it takes forever to wander through that list looking for a particular subject.
This morning I received a couple reply notices that take me nowhere when I click on them. It says "Error, insufficient content permissions" and takes me to the home page. I have no idea what that means. I was there yesterday and posted to it. I want to look up the subject to see if I can get to the topic some other way but can't find a way to do that.

Hi njoynlife,
You really never found our search engine? It's up there in the top of the page always. There's a form with letters inside "Search SteadyHealth". Do you see it?
The reason why you got "Error, insufficient content permissions" is because the topic you got replies on has been moved to out "TRASH" forum which is only available to admins.
Regards,
Claude

Hi Sally, after you've been here for a few years there will be a lot of questions you are tired of reading. I think many times they just want to see their own in print. Some are just doing it for fun and repeating what they have read. Some are not 13 year olds at all. Some ask the question because reading the answer turns them on. BUT there are some you feel really do need some help with an honest problem or worry.
Some you can tell are just someone having fun like the one Claude said was moved to the "trash". I know some people don't like it but I have fun giving an answer "in kind" to some of those.
I get sick of some of the questions too and I sort of take a break. I try to read all my reply notices but I slow down on answering things for a while now and then.
When I read those like you mentioned I get tired of them and sometimes I think they are stupid but then I think back to when I was 15 or so. How to tell if she's a virgin was big at that age. I didn't care but most of the guys I knew did, or at least they said they did.
Many of the things boys seem to worry about simply never worried me at that age. Is my penis big enough at 13? I guess I just knew it was going to be what it was going to be and there wasn't a dam thing I could do about it, so forget it. The only time it ever got measured was when I was 19 and the girl I was dating brought a ruler on one of our dates. she was taking some kind of class in school that apparently mentioned length and she wanted to know. All I cared about was that she loved the hell out of it just the way it was and I didn't need to know any more.
It IS hard to believe so many don't know how to masturbate. I was a teen in the 50s and we learned absolutely nothing in school or anywhere else that approached being sex-ed. However I learned to masturbate when I was 10 from a cousin. I think girls may be a little luckier and learn earlier because they do get stimulated from normal rubbing that occurs in daily life. Girls love riding horses, I can't imagine why. Riding horses to me was pure ball torture. And why do boys bikes have cross bars while girls bikes don't? Seems backwards to me unless the inventor was a sadistic woman who hated boys.
A 16 year old boy saying he's never seen what's under his foreskin and didn't know it retracted is lunacy to me. My mother always retracted mine to wash under it, but even if she didn't, simple curiosity would have answered that for me long before I was 16. However, if they truly don't know, and I suppose it IS possible, I feel they really need help. Then when they discover their glans is so sensitive, I suppose they could be worried about there being something wrong. It never worried me, and my mother certainly never talked to me about it, BUT????
What I do find here is that young people are learning a lot about sex and their bodies that took me a lifetime to learn. I certainly wish I had known half of what the young teens talk about here, before I got married. As I stated before, when I was 19 I wouldn't have known a clit if it bit me and I certainly didn't know how to find it or how to treat it properly. I didn't even know where a vagina was except that it's down there before you get to the bung hole.
So I appreciate this forum very much for informing the young people about what may well be the most important part of married life. If only we had known!!!!!!

OK I see it. Boy do I feel stupid now. Somehow my mind saw that as part of one of my menu bars and not related to the site. It is right under my Norton search box.

Yes,
You aren't the only one who didn't notice the search. It seems that many users thought it was the part of their browser, unrelated to the site. Do you have any suggestions of how we could make it more visible?
As for the double posts. According to our rules "double posting" is not allowed but it seems that everyone thinks that their problems are unique. So it's kind of difficult to delete someone's problem just because someone else posted about the same issue.
We have those "READ FIRST" topics already , and we had them for quite some time. But again, no one seems to read them before posting.
Like this one: https://www.steadyhealth.com/READ_SEXUAL_HEALTH_FAQ_BEFORE_YOU_POST__Double_posts_will_be_deleted____t139119.html
Maybe you guys have some ideas on how we could prevent double posting?
