Hi!
Last month i was playing football, my right testicle lifted up into my body, not that high but i still could feel it. I was quite scared because I didnt know whats going on, so i just left to the toilet to check them. By the time i arrived It went down.
But since that time when i start to run I feel like my testicles do a 180 degree turn and start to go up :S. When they go up I have to stop immidietely to let them go down but after that if i start doing something they come up again. Its very uncomfortable and I cant rly do activites because i fear of something bad will happen. Ive had no problems before and i dont feel pain either. Maybe a little pain the next day i ran too much and they were up, but its like nothing.
Would be very happy with some help, though i havent see docotr with this problem, maybe i should?
thanks

You should view testicular pain as an emergency until proven otherwise. Call your health care provider for guidance if you develop pain.

If you cannot contact your provider after you develop this symptom, go to a hospital’s emergency department.

It is not uncommon in testicular trauma for the testes to get pushed into the abdomen. It is as you demonstrated, easily reversible. You will need to see a doctor/urologist and they will determine the extent of the damage. Surgery may be an option to repair any damage.
