I feel that I have been a lot less healthy than before recently, and I have been having a range of weird symptoms. Constant lightheadedness after eating is the worst of them all. Every time I eat, I feel like I am going to faint each time! This is also accompanied by tingling in the hands and feet. Can this be a symptom of diabetes?

Hi dyana1625.
Lightheadedness after eating is indeed one of the symptoms of diabetes. But it could also be a sign of other disorders and conditions, such as low blood pressure or anemia. Low sodium and imbalance in electrolytes could also cause lightheadedness. I wouldn't blame food on that. Body needs more blood when digesting the food. Blood goes to the guts leaving other parts with less amount of this precious fluid. So, if you have low blood pressure, you might feel dizzy or lightheaded. You could increase salt intake and start drinking larger amounts of water to rise your blood pressure.
But, let's back to your post and other symptoms you've mentioned. You said you have tingling in your hands and feet. Tingling is also known to be one of the symptoms of diabetes. But it could also be poor circulation, due to low blood pressure, or some other condition.
Your doctor should check you and give the right diagnose.
