I was hoping i could get some help. I live in RI and its gotten very cold and the past few days its been very windy. My upper lip has become very dry so i've been smearing it with chapstick ever chance i get. I started to notice yesterday that now it is sore and rough. At first when i looked in the mirror i didn't see anything but as i looked closer the roughness is like tiny very tiny bumps. It doesn't make my lips swell or look any different really but i can just feel the roughness and they are sore.... I looked all over the net and when i thought maybe my lips were blistered, I read up on blistered lips and i don't seem to have any of those characteristics.....I was just wondering could I have had a negative reaction to the chapstick i'm using or was the cold irritating my lips and then me messing around with them when i got home maybe gave me a rash. Because it reminds me of the same rash i'd get on my neck from wearing fake jewelry.....
Please help
