I usually masturbate on a regular basis and usually I use a type of lubricant (lotion, oil, etc.) However, I notice that whenever I don't use lubricant and pull my skin more than normal I have a small patch of liquid filled fordyce spots, or at least that's what I think they are. It has happened twice, and only when I pulled my skin and didn't use lubricant. Is it a possibility that Fordyce spots can be irritated and filled with oil if over stretched or rubbed excessively?
