I have a long hard lump on my side right next to my abdomen and hip bone.
im not sure what it is.i just noticed it and no pain really.i work out and run almost everyday have any ideas?

Here are my guesses:
1. sarcoma of the abdominal wall
2. sebaceous cyst
3. inguinal hernia
