I have loose bowel movements, i have tried fiber, and I used to have hard stools especially if i ate popcorn or nuts. now when i eat nuts, i have gas and still have loose stool. Im 64, has been happening for a couple years, went to a specialist and told me to use probiotics. I quit pop 3 months ago, and 6 weeks ago, started on a no sugar diet. I still have a little sugar once in a while, i weighed 190 in May, now down to 170. i am tired of the soft stools and then my bottom gets sore and want to be regular again, please help.
