Why do you want to lose cheek fat? Is it that unsightly? I am not sure whether you are genetically predisposed to having it (does anyone else in your family have it?) but chances you may not be able to rid yourself of it unless you undergo some facial surgery. You don't weigh much, and I am concerned that you may have body image problems? I imagine you are a beautiful girl. I hope that you just embrace yourself and accept your body lovingly. God made you who you are; you are perfect in His eyes.
